Rick English, CBP Owner at English Consulting San Diego, CA, United States Rick English holds a Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from Rutgers University and the University of Arizona respectively. He was president and general manager of a San Diego Pool Building firm from 1977 to 1998. His company averaged between 50 and 100 pools per year. In 1998, Rick sold the construction business to concentrate on expert testimony and consulting. He has testified as an expert in six states. He also conducts pool inspections for home buyers and does investigations for the State of California and various insurance companies. Rick has been active in APSP since 1979. He is also a member of the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA), The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association, IPSSA and the National Plasterers Council (NPC.)
