With over 10 years in the specialty coffee industry, Josh has filled many roles. As a barista and shop manager, Josh has been involved in almost every aspect of day to day retail coffee operations. In 2015 Josh joined Water Avenue Coffee as their Retail Innovator. As Retail Innovator, Josh created systems to help with the efficiency and flow of the retail space. He was also instrumental in helping shape the Water Avenue’s signature beverage program. Currently Josh is a consultant and trainer with Bellissimo Coffee Advisors. Handling coffee training both on site all over the US, and in their workshops in Portland Oregon.
