DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY, CYBERSECURITY AND POLICY PROGRAM
UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO BOULDER
Dr. Massey is the director of the Technology, Cybersecurity and Policy (TCP) Program at the University of Colorado Boulder, and part of the Neutral Vehicle Consortium that is developing secure interoperable standards for vehicular data. Prior to joining CU Boulder, Dr. Massey was a program manager in the Cyber Security Division, Science and Technology Directorate, U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). While at DHS, he developed and managed the Cyber Physical Systems (CPSSEC) program that focused on cyber security for automobiles and other systems that combine the cyber and physical worlds. He has more than 25 years of research and management experience and is the author of more than 100 peer-reviewed publications on networking and cyber security.
