Chloe Fletcher joined The Innovation Group in June of 2018 and currently serves as Manager of Data Analytics. Prior to joining the company, Chloe worked in the gaming industry, where her responsibilities spanned analytics and business intelligence. Based in The Innovation Group’s Las Vegas office, Chloe works to improve client performance by transforming data into actionable insights, particularly in marketing and casino operations. Chloe attended the College of Charleston, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Science, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Data Analytics and Applied Economics at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
