Mike has an extensive background in the restaurant industry holding positions such as Head of Safety at Bloomin Brands, Inc. and Global Safety Senior Leader with YUM! Brands, Inc. Mike has a passion for creating and implementing safety and security programs in restaurants and is involved in many industry organizations including FIRMA (Food Industry Risk Managers Association), Restaurant Loss Prevention & Safety Association, Restaurant Risk Management Summit, and the National Restaurant Association Risk Management & HR Study Group.
