Scott is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 20 years’ experience across many industries with a track record of building and sustaining culture and enabling dynamic business growth. Prior to joining Dorman, Scott has held a variety of Global Divisional Human Resources roles at Hewlett-Packard and Hewlett-Packard Enterprises (HPE), including Pointnext and HPE Financial Services. Scott also held Chief Human Resources Officer roles for D&M (Bain Capital Portfolio Company), Metrologic (Francisco Partners Portfolio Company acquired by Honeywell) & Divisional HR and Employee Relations roles for GMAC. Scott practiced law at the Monmouth County, NJ Prosecutor’s Office and a regional law firm in NJ/NY. Scott holds a BA from Rutgers University and a JD from Rutgers’ Law School.
