Simon Pipola




After having dabbled with brewing, Simon Pipola started teaching homebrew courses at his London pub in 2015, as much to teach others as to learn more himself. He launched Brew Con London in 2017 as a UK parallel to Homebrew Con—this year will see the event expand to Leeds and even Norway. Plans to launch a British Homebrewers Association are in motion and may even be in place by the time Homebrew Con convenes in Rhode Island!
