Bio for Mike Childress/Pentair Mike started his career with Pentair in 1990 as a fiberglass molder in the Pentair tank plant. He then became a Technical Service Representative 1999, he held that position until 2005 when he accepted the position of Technical Trainer. Today as a Regional Training Manager, he develops and leads workshops throughout the Eastern and Southeastern United States.
