This includes almost $500M of investment in numerous smart initiatives: AMI, Network Operations, Smart Streetlighting, deployment, and network operations. He has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of South Florida (USF), an MBA from USF and is a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
