Erica Teodoro has been a part of the Coffee Fest team for almost a decade now. She has worked in the industry as a barista, store manager, in sales and consulting as well as owning a shop for three years. During that time, she and her partners grew the business by successfully adding a wine, beer and food menu. She has seen the industry grow and change and continues to love the industry but now mostly through the perspective of the customer
