Biography for Mario D. Rossetti Mario D. Rossetti is the President of Rossetti Enterprises, LLC, Pool SalesPros™; and the University of Pools & Spas™; organizations which specialize in value-based business consulting as well as sales and management development training to the water industry. He is co-founder and faculty of the Pool Genius Academy, an on-line sales, marketing and business resource as well co-founder and speaker for the International Pool Sales Institute, an educational symposium developed specifically for the swimming pool industry. Mario has invested over 35 years of experience in the swimming pool industry directing sales, marketing, service and training for several international companies, prior to starting his own consulting services. He has been directly involved in training thousands of salespeople and business owners in all aspects of sales, business services and sales management processes, as well as many other critical business topics. He has provided, in part, training and seminar services for NESPA; FSPA; International Pool Spa Expo; European Pool Expo in Lyon, France and many of the largest manufacturers and successful pool companies (large and small) in our industry. He is published in Pool & Spa News, Aqua Magazine, The Edge, Pool SalesPros, Mario’s Sales Minute, PoolPro, Real Estate Today and other national and international blogs, publications and periodicals. Recently, he has joined with industry business systems and behavioral expert Rex Richard to provide, for a select few, the ultimate direct approach to sustainable, scalable, sales and businesses success in a pre-packaged, perpetual support system for the aggressive and determined businessperson. His passion is to continually inspire and motivate both industry individuals and companies, with relevant value-based, consumer-oriented approaches to selling to become the very best and most profitable that they can be.
