Andy has been with White Castle for over 39 years. At White Castle, they have a “promote from within” culture so he started in operations at the Castle and was asked to join their In-House Service Department as an apprentice in 1981. He then combined “On the Job Training” with schooling, to develop technical and leadership skills elevating him to his current position.
