Peter Roedbro, CEO and Founder of Entertainment Booking Concepts. Our company is founded in 2005 and since then Adventure Resource Planner our web-based guest planning, line management and operations management system have helped the biggest, medium and smaller attractions improve their guest experience, eliminating queues, run their operations more efficient and increase attractions capacity with +15%. In 2016 we launched theexperienceticket.com a fully integrated ticketing and line management system and thus an enhanced version of Adventure Resource Planner. Nearly all my career has been in the Service Industry. Media, Finance, IT, consulting and Attraction/Entertainment. Working with the intersection of exploring IT systems and Marketing. Direct Marketing was one label. Today it’s to optimize the customer/guest experience in a World getting more and more Digital day by day. In the 90’ties I developed a Job Database concept for the biggest Danish newspaper both in number of readers and job adds. To be followed by a Housing Database. Today classified job and house adds are gone like Kodak. Later I developed internet based market places on the B2B market. Today Business Directories and Yellow Page type publications are nearly nonexistent anymore. I have a Master in Strategy and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
