Matt Seeley currently serves as the co-founder and CEO for the Organic Produce Network. Launched in January, 2017, OPN is a preeminent go-to-source for all things related to organic fresh produce----providing useful and relevant information and insight through a significant digital presence, complimented by live events and programming. Seeley began his career in the fresh produce industry working for The Packer. In 1985, he served as editor of the Fresh Produce Council Digest, the official publication of the Fresh Produce and Floral Council. In 1987, Seeley was hired as marketing manager for The Nunes Company and rose to the position of vice president for marketing and brand management. In 2015, Seeley founded the Organic Produce Summit, which recently held its second consecutive sold out event in Monterey. Seeley has served on the California Leafy Greens Marketing Association Board of Directors and the Ag Against Hunger Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Kanas and is married with two daughters.
