John Hughes has unique and diverse experiences in the Automotive and Commercial/Military Industries. Mr. Hughes has held positions in Quality, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing, and Sales areas over his 30 year career. He has a B.S. in AHT from Ferris State University. He has participated in projects for manufacturing, quality auditing, process improvement, vehicle repair, warranty reduction, and the customer / dealer service experience. His specialties are: Body Sealing, Composite Repair, Collision Repair, Technical Bulletin Prep, Time Studies, Paint Coating Systems, Weld & Rivet Bonding, and Adhesives.
