Mitchell Berg has been the City Administrator for the City of Mahnomen, MN for the 6+ years. The city of Mahnomen is the largest city in the state of Minnesota, located entirely within the boundary of the White Earth Nation. Mr. Berg is also an adjunct instructor for the Department of Government at Minnesota State University teaching both undergraduate and graduate level courses in urban studies and public administration. In addition, Mr. Berg is finishing his dissertation on tribal-city-county relations and is doing his dissertation in partnership with the 11 tribal nations in Minnesota.
