Eric Lipp is the National Manager of NRA’s Community Outreach Department and oversees NRA’s Refuse To Be A Victim program. Having been with the NRA for over 10 years, Mr. Lipp has a long history with NRA’s various safety awareness programs and is an experienced RTBAV Instructor.
