Fe Amarante leads the fearless creative, design and strategy practices at andculture, a design company focused at designing the world around us, one experience at a time. She is passionate about the power of design as a unifier of people and their hearts and minds, and a vehicle of meaning and purpose, regardless of where it comes from. Prior to joining andculture in 2018, Fe spent 7 years leading the brand design and strategy vision at the Hershey Company for brands like Hershey’s, Reese’s, Twizzlers and Kit Kat! Fe is proud to be a Brazilian design expat (notice her excessive hand gestures and made-up words). She is also a taco-lover, a marathon-runner, and is architecture-obsessed.
