Mr. James Gregory brings 25+ years of technology and data management experience to his role as the Deputy Division Chief, Financial Technology & Data Management at DHS ICE. Mr. Gregory is also the OCFO’s Acting Division Chief, Financial Systems Modernization Division, and leading up ICE’s Financial Systems Modernization. James served as the technical manager for a major Oracle Financials migration at the United States Mint and also served as a Senior Information Security Specialist, where he ensured that the Mint’s FISMA systems maintained compliance with federal mandates and guidance. While in the private sector, he led the re-platforming of Premiere Global Services’ financial system. Mr. Gregory also has a strong background in IT Security and his specialties include vulnerability and risk assessment, penetration testing, system design and disaster recovery planning.
