Adam Santella, is an EHS Supervisor with Cargill, Inc. Adam started as a Production Supervisor and moved into the role of EHS two years ago in Butler, Wisconsin. Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelors in Supply Chain and Operations Management; however, he has found his passion with safety. He has managed the Ergonomics program in Butler with a focus on PDD’s, injury trends and employees. Adam was recently transferred to a new facility within Cargill to help implement safety programs and improve safety culture.
