As an accomplished and resourceful Director of Technology with demonstrated success designing, developing, and project managing enterprise architecture, Eric has more than 17 years of experience in Technology. Eric enjoys sharing and learning innovative technology ideas, as well as encouraging and fostering ideas from his team members by making sure they have time to research new technologies that will enhance the museum’s guest experience. Some of the cutting-edge technology solutions that Eric and his team have done include: • Designed and developed a number of software solutions that integrate with the museum’s ticketing and membership systems, such as a custom eCommerce platform and on-floor ticketing kiosks. • Designed and developed a member eCard that enables members to gain access the museum, fulfill member benefits and on a highly flexible platform that allows for future rollout of features that will benefit both DMNS and its members. • Designed and led the development of a suite of internal mobile applications that aid DMNS educators in processing the check-in of students and school groups. • Led the development for the Expedition Health interactive exhibit at the museum. Developed the database, web services for the entire hall, as well as some of the key interactives. DMNS has been recognized as a leader in the cultural, non-profit space for the innovative work extending its ticketing and member systems to build software that more clearly serve the needs of its guests and members. Eric is a graduate of North Dakota State University with degrees in Microbiology & Biotechnology, and he studied Computer Science at Regis University in Denver. He is committed to keeping up with emerging technologies and always provides the right solutions to our client's needs.
