April Moon leads the patron experience and ticketing initiatives at Canadian Stage in Toronto, where she is building on more than 20 years of progressive roles in audience-facing strategic and operational planning with some of Canada’s most reputable performing arts organizations. April is a dedicated mainstay of the ticketing community, representing the industry locally as past President of the Ontario Professional Ticketing Association (OPTA) and Board Member and Education Committee Co-Chair of INTIX. She is a frequent speaker on ticketing matters and has presented at OPTA, INTIX, Ticketing Professionals Conference UK, and Arts Reach Toronto. In 2018, April was honoured to be recognized by the INTIX community with the Spirit Award.
