Owner of Whetstone Station Restaurant and Brewery, Tim has been passionate about craft beer since his first homebrewing experience 25 years ago. In addition to running Whetstone’s brewery, restaurant, and biergarten, Tim has front-line hospitality industry experience owning and operating an inn, craft beer bar, campground, and entertainment complex. Tim shares his passion for beer, technology, and marketing as an active member of the Brewers Association’s Board of Directors and as an instructor for the University of Vermont’s Business of Craft Beer program.
