Sara Kepley joined ProValue, LLC in November of 2007 as a Human Resource Consultant. Today she serves as Chief Executive Officer. Kepley leads a group of human resource and business consultants who specialize in farm cooperatives, agri-businesses and other community and regional organizations. Kepley holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Resource Development from Southwestern College, Winfield, KS. In 2006, she earned her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She also holds a SHRM-SCP designation from the Society of Human Resource Management.
