Joy’s has been instrumental in helping shape Disney’s Merchandise planning organization for almost two decades. She has held key leadership roles with both Category and Location Planning, and was integral in creating the Procurement & Replenishment organization, which set the foundation in establishing sound inventory objectives. She also has driven the merchandise planning efforts for high-profile projects, such as, Disney California Adventure, Disneyland Resort’s 60th anniversary celebration & Shop Disney Parks. Joy is currently leading diverse segments within the Planning organization; Strategy Planning for Franchise & Location, Disney Cruise Line & AULANI Planning as well as E-Commerce.
