Chris Scott has over 15 years experience supporting the business proficiency and information security needs of Fortune 500 and the defense industrial base. He has specialized in managing threat detection and prevention programs for these organizations for the last seven years. As a Director at CrowdStrike, Christopher manages incident response engagements, works with the firm’s clients evaluating their security posture, identifying vulnerabilities and assessing measures they can take to operate a more secure environment. Christopher was previously with a Fortune 300 defense contractor where he was responsible for securing their network from both external and internal compromise. In this capacity he worked closely with Federal law enforcement, including one case that resulted in the arrest and conviction of a foreign spy. Christopher attended the Computer Science program at the University of Idaho and graduated summa cum laude in Business from Vanguard University of Southern California.
