Euan Murdoch has 10 years' experience in the completions and formation evaluation sectors of the oil industry. He has held a variety of operational, technical and management positions within these areas. Euan is currently responsible for the technical development and commercialization of Weatherford's RFID completions product line, including the design and provision of remotely activated downhole tools that are used in all aspects of completion design. He has a number of patents pending for downhole tool and system design, and has co-authored many papers relating to the remote function of downhole completion components.
