Daren brings over twenty-five years of leadership experience gained from corporate positions, civic organizations and consulting services. During his professional career, Daren has had responsibilities for the management of human resources, economic development project management, training, benefits and salary administration, office administration, communication, marketing and event management, as well as community service outreach programs. As President of TFG, Daren focuses on the personnel administration, management and employee development needs of small to mid-sized businesses. Among his professional leadership positions held, Daren served as Chief Administrative Officer for CARSTAR, Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources for eScout, LLC.
