Dudley Westlake is Executive Director of the United Propane Autogas Group (UPAS). Dudley has over 25 years business development experience as a senior executive with highly successful international corporations and as an entrepreneur with privately held companies. He is also responsible for ICOM’s Autogas Fleet Development business in the Southwest. ICOM provides EPA and/or CARB certified liquid propane injection systems for light and medium duty vehicles as well as dual fuel natural gas/diesel systems for medium and heavy duty vehicles. Prior to joining ICOM, Dudley was instrumental in developing and substantially expanding businesses in medical, communications semiconductors, aerospace, and computer technologies. He earned BSIE and MBA degrees with honors from California Polytechnic University in California.
