Christopher Guido is Deputy Comptroller/CIO at the Office of the Comptroller in Massachusetts. Chris has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant and manager of large ERP implementations. His experience includes systems development, architecture, design, risk assessment and mitigation. Chris attended the University of Massachusetts and received his MBA from Babson College. The MA Office of the Comptroller is a uniquely independent and apolitical overseer of more than $60 billion in governmental and other funding sources and twelve million business transactions annually. The Comptroller oversees the Commonwealth’s major audit functions ensuring security, transparency, accountability, and service delivery across all branches of state government. The Office of the Comptroller promotes accountability, integrity, and clarity in Commonwealth business, fiscal, and administrative enterprises.
