Conner Coghill is the Society Fulfillment Manager for The Bruery, Bruery Terreux, and Offshoot Beer Co. Joining The Bruery in 2016, Conner brought with him a passion for customer service and logistics, with prior experience garnered from several retail and service industry roles. At The Bruery, Conner specializes in direct-to-consumer online retail sales, customer experience, order fulfillment, club management, member communications and marketing. A sizable segment of The Bruery’s business model and distribution strategy is focused primarily on providing unique and innovative beer and experiences of the highest quality, directly to its large contingent of Society members, by offering several membership tiers with associated member-only benefits.
