Phil Zhong, P.Eng VP Operations, Shanghai Phil is responsible for the overall project delivery in China. He has 25 years of construction and project delivery experience in China, Canada, USA and many other countries in Asia and Europe. Phil has been with Whitewater for over 10 years, he has been living in Shanghai for the last 5 years, and has led the effort to establish Whitewater’s China team and operations. He has managed many high profile projects in China including ChimeLong Waterpark, many Wanda and OCT projects. He is a registered professional engineer in Canada, he holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and master degree in Project Management.
