Ellen Meyer Bio 2011 Ellen Meyer is a Technology Manager with Sigura, a leading global supplier of innovative water treatment solutions. Prior to joining Arch Chemicals in 2001, Ellen worked at Betz Laboratories, now part of G.E., where she developed new products for industrial wastewater treatment. Ellen earned a B.S. degree in chemistry from The College of William and Mary and a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry from Northwestern University. She has been the chair of the Recreational Water Quality (RWQ) Committee of PHTA, the chair of the Contamination Burden Committee for the Model Aquatic Health Code, and a member of the Model Aquatic Health Code Risk Management Committee.
