Mark Fulton serves as Chief Operating Officer for Cherokee Nation Entertainment and has more than 25 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry. Fulton joined the company in 2007 and leads the casino, racing, hotel, and retail operations of all CNE facilities, which include ten casinos, three hotel properties, live horse racing with simulcast operations, two retail convenience/fuel stores, and three golf courses. Fulton’s gaming and hospitality senior management experience includes multi-jurisdictional assignments with The Isle of Capri Casinos, Delaware North Hospitality and Gaming, and Resorts Destinations, Inc. With these companies, Fulton led six different properties as Vice President and General Manager, as well as served corporate divisions as Vice President of Special Projects and Chief Operating Officer. He has extensive experience in leading the growth of casino and hotel properties through new construction, renovation, and development. Fulton came to Cherokee Nation Entertainment from Tunica, Mississippi where he oversaw the purchase, rebranding and operations of Harrah’s and Bally’s Tunica for Resorts Destinations, Inc. Fulton holds a bachelor’s degree in professional accountancy from Mississippi State University.
