Matthew Henson is a seasoned Senior Executive and Consultant with more than 30 years of success across the banking, financial services, and executive coaching industries. Leveraging extensive experience leading business development, credit administration and client counseling in the banking sector. As President of professional development firm M.W. Henson since 2016, he has built a practice around change management and is a certified facilitator of TRACOM Adaptive Mindset programs on Agility & Resiliency as well as SOCIAL STYLES. Matthew holds a BS in Business Management from Southeast Missouri State University, an MBA from William Woods University, and completed the program from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. He has served on several boards for public and not-for-profit organizations.
