Nelson Lambert, of BMM Testlabs is an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians located in western North Carolina. Before receiving his Juris Doctor degree, he worked in multiple roles as a Cherokee Leader at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort. Following law school, Nelson moved to Las Vegas, NV and graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law with an LL.M. Degree in Gaming Law and Regulation. During his studies at UNLV, Nelson worked as an extern with board member, Terry Johnson, of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. He now serves as the Tribal Services Manager with BMM Testlabs providing technical compliance support and training to Tribal Gaming Regulators across the country and is lead coordinator for the AISES-BMM Testlabs Internship program.
