With over 40 years of accounting and consulting experience, Jim represents a diverse client base spanning across multiple industries. Jim specializes in working with medical practices in matters such as compensation and incentive plans, ownership and management succession, staff training and motivation. Jim serves as facilitator for management and staff retreats and is a frequent speaker to various groups around the country.
