Robert Bohn is the Director of CRM at Chumash Casino Resort in Santa Ynez, CA. Starting his career in the Casino Industry in 2004, he worked as a Corporate Reporting Analyst for MGM Resorts. Utilizing his prior database experience, combined with education in Marketing, Robert moved to the property-level at Monte Carlo as a Direct Marketer. Since then, he has worked at Caesars Entertainment in Loyalty and Direct Marketing. He now continues to take the knowledge that has been gained in data intelligence and bring it to a new level, overseeing Direct Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Technology, and Customer Care Center.
