As the Global Events Manager (AKA: Party Lord), Derek’s intense passion for brewing and perpetually ebullient personality help to bring sparkling sunshine to Modern Times Beer. He’s a graduate of the Siebel Institute’s Concise Course in Brewing Technology, is a certified BJCP judge, and Certified Cicerone. Derek organizes large festivals such as the Carnival of Caffeination, Festival of Funk and Festival of Dankness and helps maintain the event culture across all locations.
