Shirley Collyer is an East Coast Commercial Lines Sales Manager. Shirley began her insurance career in 1985 and has worked for a number of prestigious insurance agencies/brokering firms in the Western New York area. Throughout her career she had held a variety of management positions. Shirley was first introduced to the Allstate network of agents in 2001 managing a commercial underwriting and service team which assisted agencies in the placement of commercial expanded market business outside of Allstate Business Insurance’s risk appetite. Shirley obtained her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation in 2004 and served as the Buffalo Chapter’s President in 2010.
