William Bennett began with SDV as a summer associate, then as a law clerk and, after passing the bar, as an attorney. His practice is focused on complex policyholder coverage issues, disputes, and litigation, as well as the environmental side of insurance coverage law. Will first discovered his interest in the complexities of insurance coverage issues when he spent a semester clerking for the Honorable Janet Bond Arterton of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. In law school, Will also served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review and was an active participant in the International Human Rights Law Society, where he presented three times at the International Comparative Law Conference in Leon, Nicaragua. Outside of the office, Will enjoys traveling, CrossFit, sports, playing music, homebrewing, and anything that takes place outdoors.
