Katherine Koch, MEd, PhD, NRP, is an Associate Professor of Special Education at St. Mary's College of Maryland teaching courses on special education, learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, and research design. Dr. Koch is also a paramedic and assistant chief with the St. Mary's County Advanced Life Support Unit in St. Mary's County, Maryland.
