Shawn Patton Is an enrolled member of the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Mission Indians. He stays actively involved with his tribe’s enterprise Pechanga Resort and Casino. Having worked in every area of the business Shawn enjoys following the market trends of Indian Gaming, and stays apprised of new and ongoing changes, attending gaming conferences as well as networking with professionals throughout the industry. He actively works in the Human Resources/Talent Management division of Pechanga Resort and Casino with a focus on Tribal Recruitment, Tribal Programs, Tribal Internship/Apprenticeship and Tribal Relations.
