Kaitlin Seale is the Program Manager for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Blue Campaign. As the Program Manager, Ms. Seale oversees the Department’s anti-human trafficking awareness efforts, coordinating across all Departmental component Agencies. Her efforts include both quantitative and qualitative analytical research and study of substantial operational issues. Ms. Seale directs the Blue Campaign’s external outreach program bringing public awareness to DHS efforts to combat human trafficking by forming partnerships with law enforcement, government, non-governmental and private organizations. Ms. Seale’s previous experience includes eight years with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), working primarily within the Office of Administration (now the Office of Enterprise Services). She has significant expertise in financial management, executing and managing several multi-million dollar program accounts as a program Budget Officer while streamlining the entire program budget cycle. She is proficient in multifaceted data analysis, serving as an Emergency Operations Analyst for the Unaccompanied Children Crisis Action Team, which provided critical infrastructure and support for minors. As a DHS Efficiency Fellow, Ms. Seale assisted the Federal government in identifying solutions for improving program efficacy and cost savings across DHS. Before joining the Blue Campaign, Ms. Seale served as Policy Advisor and Mobility Coordinator for CBP’s Workplace Solutions Program, leading innovative change while transforming conventional office settings into a dynamic, multifunctional workspaces with integrated technology solutions and improved space efficiency. Ms. Seale is a recipient of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner’s award and the Department of Homeland Security’s Secretary’s award for Excellence for her efforts in the Workplace Solutions Program.
