Formerly the head chef at Tony’s Pizza Napoletana in San Francisco, Laura Meyer is now the chef overseeing that company’s eight locations of Pizza Rock and Slice House. She’s a past winner of the Non-Traditional Division of the International Pizza Challenge and of the Pizza al taglio competition in Parma, Italy.
