Rich Higgins is all things beer: professional brewer, educator, trainer, beer travel operator, and consultant to breweries and restaurants. He is a Master Cicerone and a Certified Sommelier who runs beer immersion educational beer tourism trips to Belgium and Germany and coordinates beer classes and events across the world. Based in San Francisco, Rich has curated beer programs at a dozen restaurants and helped launch three brewpubs.
