Rich Chang, Advisory Managing Director, Deloitte & Touche LLP, is a leader in Deloitte’s Federal Cyber Risk Services practice delivering large, complex cybersecurity solutions. Rich has over 15 years of experience helping Federal clients – including HHS, FDA, IHS, GSA, NIST, etc. – solve their toughest cybersecurity challenges. In addition to being a cybersecurity expert, Rich is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. Rich graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics. He enjoys playing golf, being a foodie and volunteering for dog rescue organizations.
