Matt Couch was trained in England at Brewlab and began working shortly thereafter in Williamsburg, Virginia. After a brief stint at a small production brewery, he began work in a large production brewery in Pennsylvania, eventually becoming a Brewery Manager. His career eventually led to joining a start up brewpub in Austin, Texas where he currently leads all brewing operations in a fast growing brewpub environment. With experience in all departments of brewing, he is able to provide interesting insight from multiple aspects of brewing operations.
