Gail Bassette is an accomplished executive and performance-driven entrepreneur with 25+ years as CEO of public and private organizations providing fiscal, operations, procurement, marketing, small business development and government related services. She leads the MBDA Federal Procurement Center (FPC), helping minority firms involved in high growth industries with rapid growth potential gain access to federal contracts, key contacts, and business intelligence to successfully compete and win federal contracts. The FPC services include the development of a pool of federal contracting opportunities; direct matching of opportunities with qualified/vetted MBEs; relationship management and deal sourcing initiatives; educating MBEs on the benefits of strategic growth alternatives; MBE advocacy; and, providing service referrals to MBEs of all sizes.
