Rick Menchaca joined Dell in 2012, and has played a number of roles across Global Operations. He helped introduce Design Thinking to the organization, and helped lead many cross-functional teams on innovative projects that span its product groups, marketing, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing operations within Dell. Before Dell, Rick worked in Shanghai, China, in an independent sourcing role. In 2010, Rick graduated from Harvard College with a degree in English Literature with departmental honors and received a language citation in Mandarin Chinese.
